Training halls can be attended only in clean changed sports clothes and shoes, one should have a towel.

Hall for athletic trainings of the FITNESS CENTRE is equipped with modern professional high-class equipment. Weight-lifting trainers of the well-known brand of professional athletic equipment “VASIL GYM” enables to conduct trainings with increased comfort and satisfaction. Classes are held on the basis of advanced programs, and experienced coaches will apply an individual approach to each visitor.

Also, in the athletic hall there functions a cardio-area. American line of cross-trainers (orbitracks), racetracks and cycle tracks “JOHNSON” – that is professional equipment made according to recent technologies. All the training apparatuses of this cardio-row are computerized. This shows that each visitor will be able to select the type of fitness program, the level of load and the speed of training on the basis of his/her physiological parametres.

The characteristic peculiarity of the athletic hall is a full dumb-bell row - from 0.5 kg to 40 kg, various weights and benches.

Of interest is the impressive location of the athletic hall. Large windows face the area of a 50-metre sports swimming-pool, therefore during training you can watch what is happening in the wet area of the water park “PLIAZH” (“THE BEACH”).

Aerobics hall is 75 m² of area. Comfortable interior enables to concentrate on the classes of yoga, step aerobics, shaping, pilates, stretching.

Highly-qualified coaches will offer group and individual classes in all directions of aerobics as well as in fitness yoga to you.

Dancing hall is about 120 m² of area and it is furnished with professional equipment. Large mirrors, lathes enable to get a comfortable training.

The FITNESS CENTRE’s dancing hall has got one characteristic peculiarity and great advantage in that the parquet floor is made of biologically clean raw materials. The wooden dancing parquet is designed for professional classes.

We offer classes in different dancing directions: funk, hip-hop, strip-plastic, Latin American program as well as master classes of famous coaches of Ukraine.
